Heyy April!

 

Have you set your intentions for April?  We are entering the second quarter of the year.  How did Q1 go?

 

It is so easy to get lost in time if you solely focus on vague long-term goals and set them too far out. 

 

For my fellow multi-passionate individuals, I recommend seasonal goal-setting.

 

Personally, I am most effective when I pay close attention to goals that are in shorter increments like 30 to 90 days.  It becomes easier to set biweekly goals and meet milestones with mini rewards along the way.  It then becomes easier to tweak daily or weekly habits for each focus,
